Hosting services with a lower price points don’t typically provide features such as daily website backup and malware monitoring or provide digital marketing services with their packages. We believe our services is a worthy investment for any small business owner, packed with value, allowing you to get back to doing what you do best.

Once you’ve decided to subscribe to RiddickCare, we will migrate your WordPress site from your existing hosting company free of charge. Send us your FTP credentials and domain registrar login, and we will get you migrated over. 

That is totally ok.  Our Start and Grow Plan would be best for you. Our Harvest Plan is great for business owners who are not ready to make an investment into a full-service digital marketing program, but still need help on a monthly basis moving the needle in their business using their website. We help you set goals, track your progress, and analyze your online efforts for maximum results. 

The coaching calls are designed to help you maximize your site to drive sales for your business.  Included in the Harvest Plan, we would coach you with tracking and accountability in reaching your digital marketing goals.  We would consult you in areas of content marketing and social media conversion for your website.

We would auto-bill you monthly on the date that you signed up.

You can cancel anytime you like, there are no long term contracts.  If you decided you no longer wanted our premium services, we would assist you in the transfer of your site to a new host for a fee. 

Subscribers to our Harvest Plan,  receive a discount on all of the strategic consulting and design services that Riddick Agency offers as a marketing agency.

Usually 30 minute jobs are updates that keep your site fresh and maintenanced. This includes tasks such as scheduling a blog post, updating obsolete content, and any other small web tasks that keep your website up-to-date.  While larger, more complex projects are better suited for a custom quote. 

We process tickets on a first come, first serve basis. Grow and Harvest Plan subscribers pay for priority response time.
